Home & Baby Co. is a premier staffing agency. We work hard to find connect your family with the best staff possible! Our process focuses on what your family needs!
First, we get to know you. We start with a video chat. In the first conversation we talk about what you need from our nannies, what a week looks like in your household, your ideal nanny qualifications both professional and personal, and your childcare goals.
The next step – schedule a face-to-face meeting! This helps us get a better sense of your family, so we can find the best match!
In the initial phone conversation, we will ask about the weekly schedule and Nanny needs, your future Nannies intended responsibilities, your childcare philosophies, and the personal and professional qualities you envision in your ideal Nanny. From there we search our database for a nanny that best fits your needs. We then provide resumes and bios and connect you with virtual meetings with the candidates of your choice.
Once you have narrowed it down to your top choice, we schedule trial days for the nanny to come back and spend a few hours with your family to ensure it is a good match for both parties.
From there we help you establish contracts and schedules and help support you as you welcome the nanny into your home!

Our Newborn Care Specialist’s (NCS) provide expertise in all aspects of newborn care, parental education, and support. These specialists care for newborns while providing guidance and education for the parents. This role is temporary but will provide parents a peace of mind at this very precious moment in life.

Our Vacation and Travel Nannies are passport ready and prepared to take the stress out of your next family vacation. All accommodations, travel arrangements and food is covered by the family. The nanny is also compensated directly for the total amount of hours originally booked.

Our House Managers are qualified and experienced! Our candidates keep your house running smoothly. These staff members are able to manage properties, oversee grounds, events, renovations, vendors and day-to-day maintenance of any private home.
Fees and Packages
Our team will work closely with you to develop a payment package based upon your family’s needs. Remember, rates for part-time and full-time Nannies, home staff and newborn care specialists vary greatly depending on staff experience, the position duties, preferred schedule, and the level of travel and flexibility required in the role!
We have different placement packages to cater to the needs and preferences of our clients. Each package is customized to offer different levels of service, benefits, and support for replacement periods. To begin the process, submit a Family Application and we will start the search! A $500 placement fee is required to begin this process.
